- PayPal users now use their paypal email address and rom manager transaction number to retrieve past purchases. Using the PayPal transaction ID was not actually working, as the buyer and seller have differing transaction IDs.

Clockwork Recovery flash is no longer required if a user already manually installed clockwork, or the phone/ROM comes with clockwork. This will help with phones such as Epic4G and CM SGS phones.
Paypal users can now transfer their licenses to new devices by typing in the paypal transaction id. A license may only be transferred once every 6 weeks.
